FAIRMONT ROYAL YORK WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
Built by the Canadian Pacific Railway between 1927 and 1929, the hotel opened on June 11, 1929 and was at the time the tallest hotel in British Commonwealth. With its 28 floors towering above the rest of Toronto, the opulent hotel had over 1000 rooms, a hospital, concert hall, and a roof garden. The opportunities to take amazing photos are endless in this hotel located in the heart of Toronto.
Among the celebrities who were guests of Fairmont Royal York, we list Marlene Dietrich, Ray Charles, Tina Turner, Queen Elizabeth and many others.
The most beautiful wedding venues are the Imperial Room, the Ballroom and the Canadian room (one of the largest venues in Toronto). Especially for winter weddings when you need a spectacular indoors location, the Fairmont Royal York Hotel is a fantastic site featuring spiralling staircases, opulent banquet halls adorned with massive crystal chandeliers and much more elements that are the perfect backdrops for wedding photography..
Here is where you can find more information about the wedding package offered by Fairmont Royal York Hotel.
The Imperial Room
The Imperial Room offer a bride over 5000 square feet of elegance capable of accommodating 390 guests. Located at the lobby level of the hotel and featuring a stage, three massive chandeliers and a wood dance floor the room one of the dream backdrops of any wedding photographer!
The Ballroom looks like an Italian palazzo and is arguably the most beautiful and most photographed wedding venue in Toronto. This banquet hall is the most elegant photography backdrop I have seen in town and it is almost impossible to take a bad shot in this room.
The Canadian Room
The Canadian Room is one of the largest wedding venues in Toronto at about 13,000 square feet of opulence and style. The ballroom can host up to 1,200 guests and I can only imagine how amazing your reception photos will look like in this hall.
