Black Creek Pioneer Village

CREATIVE PORTRAITS OF THE BRIDE AND GROOM AT BLACK CREEK PIONEER VILLAGE WEDDING

For a Toronto wedding photographer, the creative photo shoot is the most favourite part of the day.  For this Black Creek Pioneer Village wedding, I managed to photograph quite a few shots a short period of time. Fortunately, this beautiful wedding photography location  is the perfect ingredient for spectacular imagery.

The album spread is a series of four shots taken in different spots of the Pioneer Village complex. The first of the wedding photos depicts the bride and groom by Roblin's Mill. This heritage building was erected by Owen Roblin in the town of Ameliasburg in Prince Edward County. As a side note, Roblin's Mill was restored to its original functionality and form. Today it is the only stone mill in Toronto still working.

The next image in the series depicts the bride and groom holding hands. I took it a few feet from the first shot by simply changing my angle of view, which resulted in a different photo. The village offers picturesque backdrops in all directions, which makes it easy to take the best wedding photography images possible in a short time.

For the last image, I changed my vantage point to give the photograph a different look and feel. Here, I laid on the back to photograph the bride and groom against the blue sky. This stunning photo commanded a "wow" reaction from the groom. They were so impressed with this wedding shot that I decided to include this in every photo shoot.

The last picture in the sequence has a fashion feel to it and it is inspired from a Vogue magazine article.

Location: 1000 Murray Ross Pkwy, North York, ON M3J 2P3.
